Ewing Consultancy, LLC is a small woman-owned Virginia-based consultancy specializing in helping businesses engage effectively and efficiently with WIC supplemental nutrition program. Since our establishment in 2023, our commitment to professionalism and trust is reflected in our service to the WIC program helping organizations provide quality nutritious products and services to our most vital populations in the United States.

Tina R. Ewing

Founder & Consultant

Founder & Principal Consultant

Tina Ewing is the founder and Principal Consultant of Ewing Consultancy, LLC, a woman’s small business  dedicated to assisting organizations in their participation in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). With over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry, Tina has established herself as an expert in infant nutrition and a trusted partner to numerous WIC state health departments, USA territories, tribal organizations and numerous WIC stakeholders. 

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from DePaul University. Her career has been marked by significant achievements, including developing innovative infant foods that meet federal regulatory requirements and delivering insightful presentations at National WIC Association conferences. She has also played a pivotal role in WIC's online modernization efforts and collaborated with USDA and other stakeholders to address nutrition gaps in infant formula.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tina is deeply committed to community service. She volunteers as an English as a Second Language tutor and BEST certified trained. In addition, she supports various philanthropic initiatives, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and earthquake relief missions in Haiti. A lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Tina continues to dedicate herself to service, scholarship, and social action.

Tina's dedication to her work and her community, combined with her extensive experience and passion for ending food insecurity, make her a valuable leader and advocate in the field of nutrition and public health services.
